Possibly but housing starts everywhere in the US plummeted in the last 2-3 years. When you interest rate to borrow money to build an apartment building for millions of dollars goes from 2.5 to 7.0, you tend not to build them as readily

This thread basically states billionaires are not really billionaires because they have all their money tied up in stocks and other assets. And they get taxes !?!?! But the rest of us get taxed and our assets are also tied up - mainly in retirement plans and real estate (like our own houses).
