I've never really been able to wrap my head around implementing a competent RNG function. But I need one for a Game Boy project I've been (very slowly) working on. Came up with something I'm pretty happy with; after 500K iterations it's a fairly even distribution!

The Daleks
I love that these goofy boxy bois started so early here. A lot about them are established here, such as their irradiated planet Skaro, and the fleshy core inside them (though cleverly not fully shown).
At 7 episodes my attention is spread thin though hah. Lots of crawling in caves!

sorry kids, but this is when graphics peaked. modern games are but a pale imitation compared to the majesty that the N64 could pull off

GB/C and GBA were really not meant to be played on a monitor like this... but it just looks _right_ to me!

I treated myself to a CRT monitor and ordered everything I needed to be able to hook up my MiSTer to it; it is _so_ difficult to convey how much better this looks in-person vs an image taken off a phone camera hah

My PlayStation Wrap-Up as well. It's "Oops! All Final Fantasy VII!" this year for me (and I'm still not done with Rebirth lol) with a little bit of Castlevania for good measure

Didn't really play my Switch too much this year hah. I went hardcore on the long-term RPGs on other consoles...
