Emilia, yes indeed, while action on climate in the UK is still firm, for now, there was a real sense that it would be nigh impossible to pass the UK Climate Change Act in today's geopolitical climate!

Huge costs to suck CO2 out of the air & consumes colossal amounts of energy. More emissions? Show me one, large, successful CCS scheme! Gorgon captures just 30% of design flow. Globally, only 0.1% of CO2 captured. How can CCS be rolled out fast enough? We don't have time!! ieefa.org/resources/go...
