In Uz 25 years ago the EU ran a test farm. More milk, more beef. After the EU left the farm reverted to type because their KPI was head of cattle.

Of course if I used to supply 35% of the seeds then the other supplies were reduced by ~61.6% by some self inflicted catastrophe then I would be 70% of all supply!

I also think the mixing of "Father Frost" (good patriotic Soviet and in BLUE) and "Santa Claus" (Evil materialist foreign agent and in RED) needs to be stopped before any suseptable child is confused into believing that they might just possible be the same!

Often they flew down to Tashkent in Uzbekistan to be refreshed before service at the Chkalov factory. There was amemorial at the nearby Metro station there in the 1990's

The SWR senior management team are really positive and I hope they stay on. What needs to be gauranteed is that the profit/surplus and the treasury's take are now fed back into building better and sustaining a long term plan.
