I used to have it every couple years, but the last time was about four years ago.

I just tried telling myself that it would be over momentarily and that panicking wouldn’t help. And of course I’m typing this so it turned out OK.

The last one happened when my head happened to be under a pillow, I couldn’t breathe. I was absolutely terrified.

They thrive off of anger, at this point without it I truly believe they would die.
