I'll do you one better! I just so happen to have a masterpost doc of everything that is spoken by or references G'raha Tia in FFXIV. Its a work in progress and borrows from Eriyu's hard work in documenting the game script. I refer to it often when I want to write small stories so I get his "voice".

He also blew his life savings on a 780 jpeg texture of a world map just to impress the WoL...

I thiiink somewhere in 6.0 there's optional dialogue from him or Krile that he usually spent his money on books instead of clothes, good food, ect. I think I remember seeing context clues before Garlemald where he admits having a lacking wardrobe (and even asks if you want to go shopping with him 🥺)
