I have learned through practice to use my personal energy to heal my body and to extend my strength beyond human comprehension. I've healed broken knuckles before they broke 3 hours earlier.
I've increased my pain tolerance to levels unseen. And I created a mental wall so I can never break ever.

From understanding human darkness and light.

I've seen the darkest aspects of humanity. But there are those who showed me the most redeeming aspects of the human race.

After last night I am temporarily The Dark Phoenix born of heartache and emotional distress.
Unlike most The Dark Phoenix is also a sign of great change shedding my past and burning all the pain of the past away.
