I’ve been living in Japan for almost three years now, but my account is a US account. I haven’t received a pop up message like this (yet). Wish I had a better answer for you.

2 - practice Japanese more. Since we’re staying in Japan an additional three years, I told the family that we are to learn at least one new, useful thing at least weekly and we’re going to speak what we can in Japanese at home so we are more comfortable speaking when we’re out and about
