The backstop I have is that she was adopted by a wealthy family who is basically royalty, which is why she has the headdress. She went off to join a party because she wanted to prove that Tieflings aren't bad by helping people at every chance she had.

I made her years ago but love her design. I can't remember what her power is but it's held in her lantern. Blue fore did something and yellow fire did something else. Help me flesh her out! This could be fun!
