Bread-an Fraser isn't viable. I checked the starter today and it smells *bad* but not sour-bad. So on day four, Bread-an Fraser leaves us...

This is also where my partner and I have diverged in our sourdough starter efforts as they did not split theirs in two and they've added more water than I have
DAY TWO
the recipe I am following (loosely lets be honest) said to split the starter in half and I didn't wanna waste the half so I put it in another jar and fed it the same as Bread-an Fraser.
