I'm no loyalist, I'll jump ship if this sinks. They state transparency is still a core value, but at this point that doesn't mean much. It's a step in the wrong direction. As long as AI is kept out of the way, I might stomach it, but it's still annoying

I've already tried Linux back in uni on an older laptop. I know my way around it, but held back daily driving it due to anti-cheat games.
The idea that my OS could be THIS customisable has shattered any doubt in my mind. It's not just convenience, it's a whole art medium I never knew about.

Just watched that Moon Girl episode that got pulled. Gotta admit it's unsurprising why it happened, no way Disney was gonna let something this unabashedly supportive slip through. I can only image the trouble they went to pitching it.

I'm not asking, go watch Scavengers Reign on Netflix if you haven't. I want to believe the higher ups will actually listen to the demand and renew it. I want to believe animation like this, animation that's fresh and bold and takes risks, still has a chance to thrive

Broke my self-imposed rule of never tweeting again, but it was to share a cool discovery I made. Most artists nowadays know that desaturating an image to make it greyscale messes with the values, thus it's best to overlay solid grey in color blend mode. However, not all color modes are the same!
