Trying to balance writing and music feels like a tug-of-war lately. Writing lets me disappear into the work, but music feels like I'd have to show up and entertain every day and honestly, I'm not sure I have the energy for that kind of constant presence fans would deserve as a show.

and Germs
like muses
MELPOMENE muse of tragedy or a loaf of bread or a rowdy goat or perhaps a winter's influenza, how I know what I know is neither there nor here it's how I create your fear to stick in the throat float in the air, reality is perception don't let science corrupt you numbers only exist in minds so every real philosopher finds I can make you fat or thin or faster than lightspeed nothing impedes the daemon you dare to ride but fear or pride or greed if you write just to increase the sum total of intellectual property then cease I'll compare you to a jerk a slob a cad, a beast at the least maybe get a life or eat a peach or round a hairpin curve or pick a card or run in place or kiss a frog or suck an egg
