Game Access in Brno, Czech Republic, is quickly becoming one of my favourite game dev events.

This year, we lost William 'Bill' Roberts, who portrayed Vesemir in @thewitcher.com games. Today, we bid him a fond farewell.

My wonderful friend Stefanie reached out a couple of years ago about this dream project she had for the games industry...and shortly after, we recorded this pilot episode with @kristinvonb.bsky.social to make it a reality.

Finally, 4 December, Gamer by Heart will launch in 🇩🇪. I couldn't be prouder.

A great new project has been kicked off by German industry representatives in collaboration with our government: a game stipend for people wanting to build their own development company.

I'm proud to be part of the jury and want to see more of this - especially in Europe 💙

It's been 3 weeks since I've returned from my trip to Uzbekistan, and today more than usual, I really want to go back.

If I work in gaming today, it's because Bioware made me fall in love with my PC as a kid. I lived in their worlds hundreds of hours, become enamored with writing, characters and complex RPG systems.

Thanks & congrats to every person involved in crafting these at BioWare & EA.
