Roughly 4 hours grand total of working out coming out to a grand total 3.4k calories burned! Now excuse me while I go crawl into bed...

Something is better than nothing I suppose... I'll make up for it tomorrow though.

I hate the fact that I have something important scheduled during my work out session. I've already got a routine established, I don't need anything to mess it up! Guess it can't be helped...
