Wrapping up my second read of The Next Conversation.

This has been the most transformative book I have read in the last 4-5 years. Re-framing how I initiate and respond through conversation has yielded some really impactful results.

Onward.

I have taken proactive steps in recent months to reduce as much plastic as possible from day-to-day use. The most recent activity being the removal of plastic microwave covers along with warming containers. Long suspected this continuous cycle of re-heating might not be healthy.
