White reiterated that there was no direct grant assistance for small businesses in any of the legislation passed by the General Assembly.

“Are there any directed grants to some of the small businesses that [are] already underwater with loans?” Clampitt asked. “They don't need any more loans, but are there directed grants available to them?” (2/3)
