The fourth character in my mech shoot game. More exploration in child blueprint customization.

Starting to fill out the roster. Spent some time tearing down the blueprint for my initial character to make it work as a parent blueprint. I set up the variables to allow for some modularity and converted the attack system to be overridden by children blueprints.
