You Can Talk to God About That (a warning to Christian nationalists) You prayed for wrath—not bread, not peace. You crowned a beast and lost your beliefs. You called it faith, but it was fear. And now the reckoning’s getting near. You mocked the poor and underpaid Cheered when mercy was betrayed. Built a church on blood and facade, then watched the hungry as they prayed. You sent lambs back to wolves. Locked the pantry for yourselves Laughed when Gaza went up in flame— And then you dared to voice His name. You quote Paul, ignore the cross. You preach gain, but usher loss. You claim the light, but walk in spite and call your actions "right" You kneel in pews, but not in shame. You wear His robe, but not His name. You pass the plate, but not the test. You allow genocide to be unaddressed. You say “confess”—but hide your sin. You say “repent”—but not within. You say “He saves”—but not the least. You serve the tyrant, not the priest. So when the trumpet splits the sky, and justice asks you why— don’t plead with pride. Don’t twist the facts. Just talk to God about all of that.
