May I suggest looking at the hockeystick package on CRAN? Lots of interest there, but I’m a bit biased.

In the meantime VSCode should provide a not too disimilar experience. Meaning that if you like VSCode you might love positron, but if you don't then you probably won't...

Not sure that generalization is accurate. It works just fine on my macbook which has an ARM processor. What are trying it on?

Thank you for posting. To the uninitiated, how does one read/interpret the chart on the tight to suggest a potential TC? Is it the red area to the south of Jamaica? What are the key markers to look for? thank you!
