I guess where I’m at is that this should be a cake walk, but if this isn’t, then either the pain is not felt deeply enough, yet, or the Dems still are chasing their tails…and I fear both things are true.

My take is the old guard is out of their realm and this “give us money to fight” is not working. Hearing Dem leaders talk about waiting for poll numbers to tank before swooping in is increasingly alarming given damage is being assessed on an exponential timeline, not linear. It all feels…insane!

This frustrates me because what we’re experiencing right impacts everyone regardless of party lines in deeply negative ways thats is so apparent that these local races should be slam dunks this early.
