No restaurant that serves anything like this can claim "homemade" coleslaw. Coleslaw doesn't look like this, if homemade. It really shouldn't have carrots. This is premix. Admittedly, I'm a coleslaw snob. You just can't have NC BBQ sandwich or fried chicken livers without proper coleslaw.
