Sadly, this 2021 graphic does not look like Trump and Vance, though it aptly illustrates the colossal embarrassment that defines this administration. (The artist, John David Boyd, died in 2012 and was one of my professors, who also became a life-long friend.)

Well, that means that the government needs to fund a basic livable wage, or perhaps Trump/DOGE/RFK Jr are plotting to kill off most of us: Soylent Green, El Salvador prisons, return diseases such as polio, measles, mumps, new human-transmissible bird flu, or slave labor. Very dark thoughts.
