I actually started doing that because of @rhubarbthebear.bsky.social! Haha he would write tempo marks like that on our Foxes and Peppers music and I always loved it. "Tempo di Pokey-Hurty" on the song AA Battery Controlled Telescopic Knife was always my favorite.
