Today, a @cornellbtpi.bsky.social Non-Resident Fellow: Dr. Jean-François Bélanger of the Royal Danish Defense College gave a talk. He discussed NATO and whether Europe can build a credible, autonomous defense posture. He also wrote a 2025 Carnegie Endowment piece.

[NEW TPI SENIOR FELLOW] Dr. David Silbey specializes in the industrialized total wars of the 20th century and the asymmetric responses to those wars. Dr. Silbey got his Ph.D at Duke University and his BA at Cornell University.
