I can see French tacos doing well in Ireland as post pub food. They’re nothing to do with actual tacos, probably named due to confusion between a taco and a burrito en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_...

When I filled in the online form the PPS field was optional, and there was no mention of a witness form, as far as I saw. Though I received a letter about the new register with a unique ID number, so perhaps not needed in that case ?

You can definitely get away with the occasional chouette nowadays - it’s a little old fashioned, used with light irony perhaps, but I wouldn’t be shocked to hear it.
