Not diagnosed, but I LOVE water aerobics! I struggle to keep up sometimes with the various movements, but no one can tell when you mess up since it’s all underwater :) now land aerobics on the other hand…complete nightmare!!

Took a reward nap and feel like I transcended universes LOL definitely had one or two “try to scream and nothing comes out” moments, I’m gonna make some tea 😅
