It is also true that a lot of healing comes with self to part relationship by befriending. When we befriend our parts we have more understanding within the system.

I learned to knit continental first. In fair isle or stranded knitting it’s easier to get good tension if you learn to throw. I guess Norwegians and other Nordic countries use continental for both colors on one finger. My tension was not good doing that. You do you though.
