I think we are all triggered by different things - when I was a child, it was stress. I usually now will only get them based on the air pressure and if I notice the aura soon enough, I can often stave them off.

For many decades I used an aspartame based sweetener - when I stopped, it made a huge different to my headaches and migraines. I rarely ever get a migraine now.

I feel the same - what if they invented "shuffle" for streaming? You could pick your favourite shows up to a max and change them when you wanted.
