If you don’t mind running Ethernet cables to access points, definitely go with Ubiquiti.
If you only want to deal with wireless mesh, the Eero is a fine choice. I’m partial to Orbi myself. But, whatever wireless mesh you go with, make sure that there is a dedicated radio for the wireless backhaul
