When was the last time you listened to a podcast and actually walked away better?

Here's a comment a listener left on a recent episode on procrastination that made my day:

Big News: The Creator Alchemy Podcast is now live!

Its purpose is simple:

Share psychological insights to help you transform your business, your life, and yourself.

You can find it on your favorite podcast player now, but I'll put links below.

Obsess over building your reputation, not over email subject lines.

Here's a screenshot of the first 7 of a 16-day course I give as a gift for subbing to my newsletter.

My goal: If you read nothing else I write, as long as you read these, you'll have the foundation to succeed in life and business.

Pretty sure web design peaked in the 90s.

No ads.
No popups.
No lead magnets.

Just pure, simple, janky goodness.

You don’t need more hacks, tactics, or strategies. You need more insight and self-awareness.

Here are some of my favorite journal prompts I use with my coaching clients.

They're designed to help you dive into your own mind, explore what’s holding you back, and clarify what you truly want.

This is one of my favorite quotes when it comes to overcoming self-doubt.

Running through final edits of the book proposal this weekend.

Which subtitle do y'all like more?

(also feel free to suggest others)

Saw an author friend have Claude map out the narrative arc of their book, so decided to try it on my outline.

Cool to see how it maps out.

Putting the final touches on the proposal, then querying 🤞

Me:

"Hey Claude, give me feedback on this draft."

Claude:

"Hey, that trauma you went through as a kid absolutely slaps. Keep it in your book."

😂

I'm not writing a book that'll last a few years.

I'm writing a book that'll be passed down through generations.

Because it focuses on what it means to be human. And that doesn't change.

We all struggle. We all hope. We all strive to be better.

Can't wait for y'all to read it.

Fear of failure holds so many people back.

But I've never met a successful person who hasn't failed a dozen times.

I've met countless wantrepreneurs who've never done anything because they're so afraid of failing.

Take more shots.

Even if 82.4% fail, you'll still be considered one of the GOATs.

Maybe now we can shift back toward long-form content.

• Nuanced ideas
• Deeper insights
• Calmer consumption

Who's with me?

Let's crowdsource the best ideas we've come across this year.

1. Drop the best piece of content you CONSUMED this year (book, article, podcast, video) with why it was so impactful for you.

2. Drop the one piece of content your CREATED that you're most proud of, and why.

I'll drop mine below.

Hey Bluesky hivemind:

I'm a psychologist and executive coach who works with founders, creators, and entrepreneurs.

I'd love to do more podcast interviews on topics exploring the intersection of psychology, entrepreneurship, and creativity.

Who should I reach out to?

Here's a few references:

If you're a writer who struggles to "kill your darlings," here's what works for me.

For reference, for the book proposal I'm writing, my LOMC is currently a 33-page Google doc 😂
