Yup, it’s happening. And not just cancellations, but delays. My flight has been delayed multiple times trying to get home. Each time it pushes back a little bit more. 😖

Funny story. Was at a wine festival in Vienna. A car was parked in front of a hydrant. Police came, but rather than tow the car, they just jacked it up, put a big roller skate under each wheel, and moved it about 30 feet.

Some images from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. It rained during the day but stopped just before sunset, and provided a glorious sunset. #photography #paris

Five authors you’ve read five or more books from challenge:

Neat. I have a pretty strong scifi trend in my authors, and several are here on Bluesky!

We have an over abundance of cherry tomatoes due to impending cold weather. Made baked chicken thighs in tomato jam with some of them last night. Turned out delicious! 🍽️

Two recent soups ( well, one is a cassoulet, so not quite a soup, but I'm going with it ). First is a Peruvian inspired potato soup. The other is a duck confit cassoulet with some homemade sourdough toast. Both were delicious.
