I’ve never related more with a hurricane. The earth is traumatized and angry and therefore unleashing what it can to heal. Unfortunately it may and will hurt lots along the way. Also, it feels like there isn’t true help, just a few bandaids 🥲

I couldn’t keep up with everything I wanted and I have a bad habit of shaming myself for it. I took a day off to rest and I’m working hard and allowing myself to. The healing journey is a hard one. Cheering on whoever may need hearing that it’s ok to rest
