Seeing the filming locations in York was really amazing. And as York was extremely full of tourists it wasn’t easy to get pictures without people on it. 😅 #BringBackGentlemanJack

Enjoyed an organ concert in the Minster in York. It was excellent. I wonder what Anne Lister would have thought. The organ was originally built in 1832. Anne could have listened to it, when she visited the Minster. I read she even got lessons by the Minster‘s organist.

Today was the highlight of our Anne Lister pilgrimage. We walked on Anne’s footpath and saw all the places suggested in the little booklet „Anne Lister’s York Walking Tour“ by Sarah Cowling. It’s highly recommended! #bringbackgentlemanjack #LegoShibden #AnneLister #AnneWalker
