My very first attempt at a digital illustration popped up on my memories today. Mr. Umbrella Man was a college project for my digital art class. We were learning to color in Photoshop. I decided to do a side by side of my first and latest digital art piece.

Dang, have I really not drawn anything Fantastic Four related since 2020??!! I may have to change that. The Thing looks incredible in the first trailer for Fantastic Four: First Steps. I adore how comic accurate they went with the Jack Kirby type design. July can’t get here fast enough!

This little Mouse Knight was my first finished illustration of 2025. It originally started as a quick pencil drawing in my sketch pad, but I had so much fun drawing him that I decided to do go all in. So I redrew him in my iPad in Procreate. Hope you enjoy the artwork!

I just got in this incredible Jack Sparrow Hot Toys figure. I found the perfect spot for him too, right on top of my liquor cabinet. I probably shouldn’t have left him unsupervised though. I’m expecting to come home to a few empty bottles this afternoon.

The Ninja Turtles are my absolute favorite characters to draw. This is a Michelangelo character design that I drew a while back. The 90’s TMNT live action films heavily impacted my childhood, so this design was influenced by those movies.
