Ok, full disclosure, Duel Monsters is not my favorite Yugioh season.

That said, they really cooked with some of the ritual monsters.

So, I might should explain some of these lol. First, I'd like to note that I'm a writer, not an illustrative artist, as my main art form. I've been doing creative writing since I was fairly young; I remember writing stories back in elementary school, to be specific. So, no "drawing" squares for me.

I found this at the local cafe and artist's market back home before I moved. Local artist Donna Riley made this piece, Jupiter, as acryllic pours on canvas. I walked in for coffee and lunch, saw it, and immediately knew I had to take it home. I left the shop with a coffee and the painting.

Tales of the Forgotten Melodies by Wax Tailor is an album I first heard on a playlist while studying in my first semester of college. I ended up listening to it whenever I could, but never bought a physical. I rectified that recently with a 20th Anniversary copy that has marbled vinyls.

Moby Dick is one of the first real classical books I read in my youth. I understand a lot more of it now that I'm an adult, but I still thought it was cool back then. I saw this copy and was just entranced by the look and feel of the raised waves on the cover, I love it.

Wild that my favorite morning DJ just casually followed me back. Absolutely wild.

Woke up to Paper Mache Dream Balloon, this happens, got to see my gal off to work; no way today is gonna be a bad day!
