There are many suitable options for the Biblical prophecy of an Antichrist figure in today’s American politics, but Mike Johnson weaponizes his Christian facade like Trump has never been capable of. He uses Christ as a sanctimonious cudgel while plainly rejecting Christ’s most essential teachings.
