If anyone's looking for some Christmas reading, my coworkers have put "Folding and Twisting your way to logical gates in Floquet Codes" up on the ArXiV!

The students have returned, so I'm starting a series called "that was a lot of effort to leave your bike unlocked"
A bike with a chain lock securing the front wheel. The owner has wrapped the lock around the fork apparently under the impression this will lock the frame. A bike with a d lock around the headtube and downtube. This bike could be removed by loosening the headset and removing the unsecured fork.
