Got WAY too excited to play as a player and not a gamemaster, and made Lhouie (short for Silhouette)!
She fights monsters and writes about it and it's published in tabloid magazines for normal folks to laugh about!
She is equally happy to make friends or fight enemies!
She also loves sharks.

Classic mecha setup, you play as teenagers who are psychically gifted and can connect with these giant robots to fight off aliens in cities around the globe.
But you live on a secluded island, where you take care of yourselves in a hostile wilderness.

I agree, even though I'm bad at doing this.
It's my campaign, and I realized I can have my players spend time building a fantasy horse ranch. Not so it can be set ablaze by liches riding dragons riding dracoliches, but just because I can make things as pleasant as I damn well want!

If your players find a way to circumvent a big fight or derail the campaign, let them! This is how you make memories. It's going to get silly. And that's wonderful.
If you want them back on the plot, let them know! A good group will respect the work you're putting in.

If your players find a way to circumvent a big fight or derail the campaign, let them! This is how you make memories. It's going to get silly. And that's wonderful.
If you want them back on the plot, let them know! A good group will respect the work you're putting in.
