Don't get me wrong, attracting Cheika has to be applauded by the club but was he ever going to be anything more than a short term appointment? Saracens built their success on McCall being in post long term, now Bath and Bristol have done the same. Time we did.

And the club is seemingly about to embark on yet another global search for a head coach; the 8th head coach in 8 seasons! Enough of this now, we need to move away from this short sightenedness as we've become a mid table mediocre club.
