Saw this on reddit and it worked for me. Game sharing appears to be working as it was pre 20.0.0. Have you tried it?

Glad I was able to finally experience this series. I really enjoyed the story, characters & the remastered art of Suikoden I, but the inventory system in this game is dated and the game lacks from other QoL features.
