Not super plated but so good. First yellow tomatoes from garden for pasta. Sungold.Roasted and pureed. Served with crushed reds from garden over bronze died pasta and topped with basil and oregano and garlic from garden. Topped with burrata cheese.

Dinner was Trumpet pasta with roasted eggplant, baby Bella mushrooms, black olives, sweet Italian sausage, and sun dried tomatoes in Rao marinara. So good.

Dinner or what I did instead of watching the inauguration. Pork schnitzel, spaetzle with Swiss cheese, sweet and sour cabbage. Came out so nice on a freezing night.
