In France you can just take your rubbish to the local recycling centre with no charge, the council pays the landfill tax.
In the UK, if it’s not clearly domestic you have to pay £126 per tonne.
So, surprise, surprise, cowboys fly-tip.
Policy needs to be based on reality not fantasy.

The Welsh Development Agency (WDA), part of Welsh Government, were at it too in the late 90s.

#Christians in the front line again
That bloody #Jesus bloke was a troublemaker and his fans are following in his footsteps.

I’m prepared to make exceptions for Farage. It’s what he would want.

Whilst it’s important to get rid of the self appointed elite, whether inherited or self appointed, chopping their heads off is messy and arbitrary.
I’m opposed to the death penalty on moral grounds but also on practical - we can make mistakes!
Taking away their power is the key.

What a terrible decision to put @sophyridge.bsky.social on the early morning slot.
Really missing her at 7.00pm.
Her skills are grilling politicians at the end of the day, not trying to follow the chaos as they splash around wildly each morning.

They are supposed to be the future.
But in the real future we’ll still need to grow food, heat our homes, and there will still be someone doing the washing up.
Computers can’t do any of that.

It won’t get to court.
The spineless Tory inclined BBC management are pussies and will roll over straight away

If one small silly edit is worth $1 billion in damages, then how much should the BBC sue the orange fascist for over his calling BBC news “100% FAKE NEWS”
$10 billion?
$100 billion?

That’s why I wear the white poppy, to honour our troops but work for peace.
I want a world in which armies are redundant.
Our service personnel fought in 2 world wars and other conflicts since. They laid down their lives only to have #Farage and #Robinson steal their thunder for their own ends.

Paul. I agree that Scotland will become an #Independent #Republic first, but I think Wales will follow soon after, once people see how it works.
