Instead of going to the fascism rally I got to play some board games. Maglev Metro is one I've had on my shelf for a while but hadn't played before today. You build your Metro line, pick up and deliver meeples, invest in making your actions more efficient, etc. Gorgeous game & lots of fun!

Cannot overemphasize how weird the vibe is in the so-called shopping center though.

In a nearly abandoned shopping center in Friendship Heights, there is a newly opened pinball (plus a few other things) arcade that is a lot of fun. No frills, no upsell, just cheap pinball.
