the funny thing is that, unlike most of them, his actual sprite is pretty readable. i like to imagine that whoever illustrated these just didn't have access to it and had to extrapolate the design from "space dragon named ridley." if only

love the unproduced script for Frank Darabont's television miniseries sequel to THE THING. fun reading on its own and way more interesting than you'd expect it to be. particularly fond of the scene where they start "rewinding" the creature through previous forms to find out what it wants
