I had a very loose outline for my WIP but realized about 30 pages i was basically pantsing between major story beats and the whole thing felt really unfocused. So I spent a few weeks making a very detailed, like 15 page, outline and now that NaNo has started I’m so glad I did!

Loved Sea of Tranquility! Currently reading The Glass Hotel which I didn’t realize a few of the characters from Sea of Tranquility originated from. It’s good though, she’s a master at multi-layered stories with multiple POVs

I’m at almost 10k today but I’m only aiming for 30k this month. 20k in 9 days is amazing!

It really blew me away! Been reading through some of her other books this year. She’s really a brilliant writer
