By now I would have put up my Christmas decorations and today would be prep day for baking and cooking for wherever I would go tomorrow for Thanksgiving. But I’m doing nothing and going nowhere tomorrow. :(

I’m so sorry. My healthcare went up to $1800 a month on ACA and it’s the only plan that covers what I need right now.
I’m praying for us and calling my senators daily.

In a way, it's bringing back pre-existing conditions charges because if you're being treated by specialty doctors and it's working, you can't just leave them to find others within a cheaper insurance plan (and wait months for appointments because you're a new patient).

Yes I can see your logic. I especially can’t just start over with new doctors because of that months long initial waiting period as a new patient. :(

Here is what mine is going up to. None of the other plans have my most critical doctors in it and they doubled my deductible also. $1000 er copay. I have no choice but to find a way to pay this or die right now.
