I added a new one to the list is knitting on different modes of transportation. Knitting and sailing! Took a lovely sail on Seneca Lake NY with Sail Seneca! It was a beautiful morning!

Saturday night knitting interrupted. Larkin decided I was the best place for a nap just as I was considering pulling myself up from slouch mode. He’s 17, hyperthyroid and on meds, eating well and still plays with the dogs. How can I say no to that purr? 🩷 #knitting #knitsky

It’s been a rough week. We’re rapidly moving to 1850 and there’s no leadership to stop it. Hearing Aquarius/Let The Sun Shine In made me happy for a little while. It was always on the radio when I was little. Such beautiful voices. #makeitstop

Here is one of my favorite green knits (though it’s a bit yellow here). Casa Pinka’s Woven shawl in Manos del Uruguay’s Serena. I love the color changes on the stripes in linen stitch! #showmeyourknits

Monday off, slept in a little then picked up the knitting and a cup of tea. I had gotten off pattern and had to rip back to the loop join. No biggie, now I’m back on track! 🧶 #knitsky

Saturday night knitting. Starting an infinity scarf that has 2 ends looping together. Merino/silk from Miss Babs and it’s like butter! The color works well with the slip stitches. I may need to crack open tat bottle of Port tonight! 🧶

My stripes, and short they’re row stripes. The pattern is Summa Stripes shawl on Ravelry and the yarn is from ND Yarn Company. I love these colors and it was a fun knit! 🧶 #showmeyourknits

These are the days of living in the Northeastern US of cold, windy, snow or wet where you want to stay inside and get your hygge on! Tonight I’m slow roasting a pork shoulder to pull for sandwiches or stir fry. Maybe som knitting later on. Xmas dinner short rib pic. Stay warm and cozy! #NTNYTCC
