You got my sympathy with insurance. They never got back to me time and time again. I even contacted the dudes manager and still didn't hear shit even after i finally had my salvage title in hand. We used to have 5 cats as well! I loved that no matter where I looked there was a cat lol.

Downsized this year due two of them preferring to be in single cat homes, which they both are in now and as happy as can be!
