Right now my air fryer is my best friend. Not only did I make some incredible chicken but it’s perfectly crispy as well. Feels like someone spend half the day making this for me.
For whatever reason I ruin all meat on the stove. Juicy meat is a welcome change to charred chicken bits

Been on remote for a week. I got use to my translator app. Certain Chinese words are becoming familiar. It’s going to make my withdrawal from tik tok a little easier.

I’ve changed my diet significantly in the last six months. It’s insane how I use to crave fast food. It was sometimes the only thing that could satisfy me.
Food cravings are still a thing, but it’s no longer for chips, or something heavily processed.
Why didn’t I make these changes sooner?
