Lovely article with a great message! I know this isn’t the thing I should be hung up on, but in the UK they give you your amount of therapy sessions up top? As an American who went through therapy, I was told they wanted to see me once a week “and we’ll evaluate as we go.” 6 sessions is a JOKE
